logbook has been prepared in context to ‘Competency Based Postgraduate Training Program for MS in Otorhinolaryngology’ by Department of Otorhinolaryngology.

It is mandatory for the postgraduate (PG) student to keep a record of the learning and track the progress by maintaining this Log book.

It is desirable for the PG student to go through this log book completely in the beginning of the residency period. It is must to enter the details of individual tasks as and when it is performed.

The log book must be signed by the concerned faculty as and when the task is over.
